Beaucoup Creek is a major tributary to the Big Muddy River in southern Illinois.

It’s also the name of a band based in Pinckneyville, Illinois.

This young group has been playing together as a whole since August of 2007. Their music is a mixture of traditional bluegrass, folk, and gospel – with a modern twist.

Whether they are playing one of their many catchy, crowd-pleasing originals – or doing their take on a bluegrass or gospel favorite, Beaucoup Creek is sharing their unique style with young and old alike, bridging the gap between generations with music.

Beaucoup Creek has performed around central and southern Illinois at churches, festivals, community events, nursing homes, private gatherings and everything in-between.
